CNE-Federimprese Europa represents the interests of its members before the European Parliament and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, supporting them with particular attention to development and growth.
CNE-Federimprese Europa is an employer trade union organization that promotes business internationalization with intermediation in the stipulation of economic and commercial agreements with other countries. It promotes corporate sustainability, with an approach that considers the three ESG dimensions: environmental, social and governance.
CNE-Federimprese Europa, according to National President Mary Modaffari, has distinguished itself among employer organizations thanks to the innovative activities proposed, focusing on:
— SME digitalization, one of the fundamental processes for the development and recovery of the Italian business fabric, with the promotion of the use of telematic methodologies for managing the purchasing process through e-procurement software;
— AI implementation as a complementary tool to work activity that can support businesses in a world of globalized production and commerce;
— corporate training, with training workshops, organized in all Regions, for entrepreneurs, managers and workers – both those on staff and those of the future – to improve their professional skills, with a particular focus on innovation and AI.

The appointment of National President Mary Modaffari to the European Board of SERI demonstrates that, with its incredible growth in membership and the opening of a HUB in Brussels, CNE-Federimprese Europa establishes itself as a reference point for European businesses.
SERI (European Union of Interest Representatives at the European Parliament) is a European trade union organization, which brings together various employer trade union organizations from across Europe, established to represent and protect the rights and interests of professionals who operate at the European Parliament representing associated businesses.
It provides qualified support at an institutional level, acting as a bridge between European institutions and businesses of member states, promoting a continuous and constructive exchange on issues of particular social, economic and cultural relevance: from the limits and future prospects of international trade to innovation and protection of human rights.
